Lutton Place Bowling Club hosted the SEBA finals for the year 2000 due to Lutton Place holding the rotational presidency of the Association.

President of SEBA Alex Scott welcomed all competitors to the club and wished all competitors the best in their games.

All the games where keenly contested and congratulations go to all the winners and commiserations to the runners up.

The results are as follows:

Singles:

Winner - R. Colvin (Ardmillan BC)

Runner up - R.Inch (Braid BC)

Pairs:

Winner - K. Brown, A. Sinclair (Merchiston BC)

Runner up - R. Hirst, B. Barckly (Tipperlin)

Triples:

Winner - S. Nichol, T. Steven, J. Legget (Braid BC)

Runner up - D.Young, J. Holburn, J. McDougall (Whitehouse & Grange BC)

Fours:

Winner - B.Kinnes, E. Moir, E. Hobson, C. Wood (Lutton Place BC)

Runner up - S. Bee, D. Bailo, J. Allan, T. Carlin (Ardmillan)

Let us not forget the real stars of the evening. The ladies who prepared the food and worked in the kitchen Doreen Scott, Janet Heatlie and Dorothy Henderson.

Also these events cannot run without Organisers and people giving of their time for the benefit of the game "The Committee" Past President J. Hulse, Secretary G. Buckle, President A.M. Scott and Vice President A. Bryce.
